Hospitality/Service Assistance

Is helping and serving others what you like to do?

Opportunities:

• Ushers / Greeters – greet guests, provide programs & assist with seating
• Altar guild  –  ready sanctuary for Sunday services
• Coffee Hour – make coffee/snacks for a particular Sunday.
• Acolyte – youth driven assistants for service
• Assisting Minister – help pastor during services
• Communion Assistant- help with giving communion.
• Carpooling – help get those who can’t drive to services or special events
• Crazy Cards – like to play cards and socialize? Help to plan and coordinate these fun events
• Notre Dame Concessions – do you like Notre Dame Athletics?  Then come work at football and hockey games. Free admission to games plus high energy service to the crowd.

Outreach

Do you want to make a difference outside the walls of the Church building?

Opportunities:

• Handmade Ministry – learn a new skill and make prayer shawls for local people in need
• Youth Sack lunch program – help make lunches for the Homeless Center once a month or provide food for this great service.
• Food pantry – help with collection and delivery to the Mishawaka Area Food Pantry at Albright Un. Methodist Church
